Unauthorised Sales of Counterfeit "Tencha" Products

It has come to our notice that counterfeit Tencha Matcha products are being distributed in certain offline markets, specifically in Udaipur, Rajasthan. We were recently informed by a local retailer about an individual misrepresenting themselves and attempting to sell products under our registered brand name, Tencha.

We wish to categorically state that Tencha has no association or authorisation with any such individual, distributor, or entity selling our products offline without prior approval. The counterfeit products in question differ from our genuine ones in several key aspects, including inaccurate company details, incorrect address and customer care information, and inconsistencies in packaging design — though they deceptively use our logo and product description.

Authentic Tencha Matcha products are available only through our official sales channels:

2. Verified e-commerce platforms: Amazon, BlinkIt, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto

3. Select authorised offline retailers such as Modern Bazaar & Natures Basket

To verify authenticity, customers are advised to check that each genuine Tencha product carries our official Barcode, scanning which should result in our official company details. Any product missing this Barcode, or carrying incorrect company information (i.e different than "SIXTY9 SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED", should be treated as unauthorised and counterfeit.

We strongly urge all customers and retail partners to remain vigilant and purchase only through verified Tencha channels. If you come across any suspicious products or sellers claiming association with Tencha, please report the matter immediately via the official contact channels listed on our website.
