Tencha offers 3 types of shipping to bring you the matcha goodness ASAP!
Online Payment | Standard Shipping Within 48 Hours:
Your order will be shipped off from our warehouse within 48 hours of receiving your order, free of cost (We burden these costs on the Japanese shushh), if you’ve made an online payment.
Online Payment | Express Shipping Within 24 Hours:
Your order will zing off from our warehouse within 24 hours of receiving your order, for a shipping fee of ₹50/- (this fee is forwarded to the nice peeps at our warehouse as a tip, working hard to ensure that you receive your order at the earliest & in great condition.
Cash On Delivery | Standard Shipping Within 72 hours:
Your order will be shipped off from our warehouse within 72 hours of receiving your order, for a shipping fee of ₹75/- (this is an additional charge incurred by us to manage cash transactions with our logistic partner)
International Delivery | Standard Shipping Within 72 hours:
Your order will be shipped off from our warehouse within 72 hours of receiving your order. The delivery of your order might vary as per country and continent.
(Exclude public holidays and times of incredibly high demand. During these days our warehouse peeps might require additional 24 hours to ship your order, but don’t you worry - we’ll reach out and refund any extra money paid for faster shipping)
