Refund policy

What if you are not happy with your purchase?

It would be unthinkable for us and we would butter you with bribes to help you change your mind.

Apologies, the goodwill team ensured that we offer a 30 day money back guarantee from the time you place an order.

All refunds are processed within 72 hours of placing a return request.

All the products you'd like to refund would need to be returned in unused & unopened condition.
The Iced Matcha Cold Blend, however can be returned after consuming a maximum of 1 - 2 sachets.
You can return the goods in one of the two ways:
1. We arrange the pick-up for the goods. This would incur a charge of 12% of cart value, which would be deducted from the refund amount.
2. You ship the goods to us! This would incur no charge and the whole cart value would be refunded. If goods are lost/damaged in transit, we would not take liability for the same. We would suggest to insure your goods in transit.

The refund amount would be credited back to the original source of payment.
If you chose cash on delivery, you can send us your bank account details for the refund to be processed.

Please Note: Returns / refunds are not applicable on subscription orders.
